Build BACP to become the recognised leader for therapists who coach
Develop National Common Standards and Career Pathways for therapists who coach
Strengthen membership services specifically for therapists who coach
To promote the employment of therapists who coach
To achieve operational excellence to achieve all of the above
objectives are directly aligned with BACP objectives and we are working passionately towards their achievement on your behalf. They will inform BACP Coaching's action plan over the next five years.
The Strategic Plan was presented to, and positively received by the BACP Board of Governors in July 2014.
